No. Your customer gets a link — to the quote, the finished job to accept, the invoice, or their own dashboard showing everything you've done together. They open it, act, and close it. Nothing to install, nothing to pay.
Only when the customer accepts the quote. There is no Won button. The moment they accept, the lead is won, the customer is confirmed and the job is created. If they agree on a call instead, you create the job from the quote and Proitz records the acceptance for you.
They must give a reason. The quote comes back to you marked declined with that reason — revise it and resend, or send it again as is. A lead only becomes Lost when you say so.
Yes. Each quote picks its currency — INR, USD, EUR, GBP, AED, SGD, AUD or CAD — and the job and invoice raised from it carry the same currency.
Yes. Set your legal name, GSTIN, address and bank details once; every invoice prints them, becomes a Tax Invoice, shows the customer's GSTIN, and downloads as a PDF. Issued invoices are never deleted, only cancelled.
