Proitz (proitz.com) is a web application by Grandfield Media Private Limited (“we”) that lets a business (“you”) manage customers, leads, quotes, jobs, invoices and payments, and share quotes, acceptance pages and invoices with its own customers by link.
You sign in with your email and a one-time code. You are responsible for what happens in your workspace and for the accuracy of the documents you issue from it. Users you add to a Business plan act on your behalf.
Your customers do not need an account and never pay us. Pages you share with them are reached by unguessable links; you are responsible for sharing those links only with the person they are meant for.
Quotes, invoices and receipts are yours. Proitz prints the company details, tax numbers and rates you enter; you are responsible for their correctness and for complying with tax law that applies to you. Issued invoices are never deleted from the system, only cancelled.
The Free plan is free without time limit, within its stated limits. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Razorpay and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices exclude GST where applicable. See the Refund and Cancellation policies.
Use Proitz for your own lawful business. Do not issue documents you are not entitled to issue, impersonate others, or attempt to access another workspace.
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
You may stop at any time. We may suspend a workspace that breaks these terms. Your data stays readable for 90 days after you stop, then is deleted.
