Your email and name; the business details you enter (name, address, tax numbers, bank details you choose to print); the customers, leads, quotes, jobs, invoices and payments you record; support tickets; and technical logs needed to run the service.
To run your workspace, print your documents, send the emails you trigger (a quote or invoice to your customer, a login code to you), bill you, and answer support. We do not sell data and we do not advertise.
You are the controller of your customers' details; we process them only to provide the service to you. We never contact your customers on our own.
Data is stored on servers in India and the EU with encrypted backups. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we store payment references, never card numbers.
Export or delete your data any time by writing to proitz@grandfieldmedia.com. Data of a closed workspace is deleted 90 days after closure.
